WE’RE NOT A PRODUCTION COMPANY OR AN AGENCY. WE’RE KINDA BOTH... A hybrid that blends decades of agency, client, and vendor experience with a core philosophy that great creative work doesn’t need more - more people, more equipment, more voices, more name recognition. It needs the right people, smart planning and commitment to the story. Everyone at Burst is multidisciplinary in skillset and mindset. That doesn’t mean masters of none. We just recognize where skills and responsibilities overlap and prioritize efficiency through our crafts. Simply put, we’re all good at a lot of things.
Collaboration and pragmatism are fundamental in our workflow... adapting to any scale without compromising quality while orchestrating talent alchemy with a zero-ego philosophy. We thrive as modern-day renaissance people. Most importantly, we’re problem-solvers who embrace flexibility in service of the creative vision. We believe in delivering work that resonates, building trust through transparency, and creating meaningful partnerships that stand the test of time.
We have two decades of agency experience at large and small shops. Our thinking is big picture and focused on brand identity and ideological perspectives. And we do it only with what is necessary.
We always stay rooted in the physical production and making ideas come to life. No matter what capacity we are working in, we are production forward and will always be a production company.
Whatever you want to call it, we can support. The biggest difference in how we partner with other companies: we treat everyone as part of the same team even if we aren’t the top name.

Sometimes we make things that don’t have a client. Sometimes we make things for fun, and just because the story is too good not to be told.
We’ve got some things in the works… more to come.
Clients are humans. We give it straight.
Treat the work like its your own money on the line.
No one owns creative. Good ideas are welcome.
Success is measured in growth, not deliverables.
Being multidisciplinary is mandatory. Adapt or Die.
No one is reinventing the industry. We’re just simplifying how we do it.
